The Silver Package offers all the benefits of the Bronze Package with added protection against frozen pipes. With the inclusion of a partial trace heating system, your water supply is protected even in the coldest temperatures. This package is ideal for those seeking more comprehensive winter protection for their caravan or lodge.
Gold
The Gold Package is the ultimate solution for full water system protection, providing all the features of the Silver Package with the added benefit of a premium trace heating system. This package is designed to keep your entire domestic water system—including your boiler condensate—frost-free, ensuring you can enjoy your caravan or lodge comfortably, even in extreme cold weather.

Caraguard – Intelligent Water Shut-Off System
With Caraguard, you can control your water supply at the press of a button. This smart system features a built-in occupant sensor that automatically shuts off the water after a set period, offering peace of mind if you forget. It helps prevent accidental water use and protects against leaks.
Leak Detection Sensors (Optional Integration)
Upgrade your protection by integrating leak sensors under key appliances like dishwashers or washing machines. These sensors detect leaks early, protecting your property from costly water damage.
Easy Drain Down System

Partial Trace Heating System
In the Silver Package, we install a self-regulating heating cable around your mains incoming water supply. Controlled by a thermostat, the heating cable automatically activates when temperatures drop below 3°C, preventing water from freezing. We also insulate your mains water supply using high-quality, external-grade pipe insulation for added protection against the elements. Say goodbye to frozen water pipes!
Non-Toxic Antifreeze
As part of the packages we provide eco-friendly, non-toxic antifreeze to assist in multiple easy drain-downs, helping protect your system during the colder months.
